Return & Refund Policy
At Muse Beauty, we are committed to delivering an exquisite fragrance experience. While we take great care in ensuring your orders arrive in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
Can I cancel my order?
Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed, unless they qualify for a refund due to product damage or missing items upon delivery.
How do I know if an item is eligible for return?
All sales are final unless there is in-transit damage or missing items. If a product arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to offer a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.
Skin Allergy: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of our products and ingredients. However, certain ingredients may cause irritation to very sensitive skin and we highly recommend that you do a patch test on your arm before using any product.
Clearance products: Products purchased on clearance sales are not eligible for returns or refund. Only regular priced items are eligible.
Free gifts cannot be returned and exchanged.
Please note that our refund policy applies only to products damaged during shipping or those that arrive defective. Refunds are not applicable for personal preferences or changes of mind.
PLEASE NOTE: Any item where the return request is initiated after more than 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return.
How do I request for refund?
If an item is missing from your order or you have received a damaged product, you may request a refund or exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order, subject to approval by our team. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team promptly. An unboxing video showing the sealed package is mandatory to register any claims for damage or missing items. This is to verify that the damage is due to transit and not use itself. Without this video, we may be unable to verify and approve the claim.
If your product is eligible for return, here’s how to proceed:
- Email us at musebeautyin@gmail.com with your order ID, the reason for the return and the unboxing video showing the sealed package attached with it.
- For eligible returns, we offer reverse pickup services in most — but not all — pin codes. If your location is serviceable, a nominal restocking fee of ₹100 per product will be deducted from your total refund amount. We’ll arrange a pickup from the same address your order was delivered to, within 3–4 working days. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, Make sure the product is unused and undamaged.
- Once we receive the item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If it's found to be in its original condition (or if your damage claim is verified), we’ll initiate your refund. If not, the product will be returned to you, and delivery charges will apply.
How are refunds processed?
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days of refund approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via UPI once we receive your UPI details.
Please note: Only the product cost is refundable. Shipping fees, COD charges, custom packaging, restocking fees (if applicable), and other service-related costs are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are typically processed within 10–15 working days. This includes time for product inspection and either dispatching a replacement or initiating your refund.
Can I request an exchange?
We only accept exchange requests if a product arrives damaged. Once the damage is verified, we’ll send a replacement of the same item originally ordered. We're unable to offer product changes in these cases.
