Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for all our products will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders over INR 999. For orders below INR 999, a delivery charge of INR 70 applies.

For cash on delivery orders under INR 999, an INR 50 convenience fee (non-refundable) will be charged at checkout, along with the standard delivery charge.

Order Dispatch and Delivery:

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday and we aim to deliver orders within 2-5 business days from the date of order placement, depending on your PIN code. For metro cities, orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered post dispatch.
For all other cities, it could take between 5-10 days.

Even in situations where the delivery address poses a challenge, we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives on time. In such cases, we may reach out to you via the email address or phone number you provided during the order process to confirm the delivery address, assuring a smooth and prompt delivery experience.

Reliable Courier Services:

We exclusively partner with reliable courier companies to ensure efficient and secure delivery. However, Muse Beauty cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by the Courier Company or due to factors beyond our control. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated timeframe mentioned in the order confirmation.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

In rare cases where delivery becomes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Muse Beauty, including but not limited to inadequate courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery location, or force majeure events, we will promptly notify you of the inability to deliver and proceed with canceling your order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to you.

Order Tracking:

For your convenience, we provide order tracking services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, enabling you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by local authorities or courier companies. In such cases, we will notify you during the order process if any restrictions apply to your selected products. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable shipping regulations and restrictions.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping services. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
